Adelaide’s premier Cavalier breeder, Cabrook Kennels, was established in 1985, and is owned by Sally and Ray Paterson. Cabrook is located in the foothills of Adelaide, South Australia. Sally and Ray’s aim at Cabrook is to breed and exhibit happy, healthy, sound, typical Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. The Cavaliers at Cabrook are never shut in, but run freely together, enjoying a great life.
